Terms of service
The agreement between you and AI3. Short, because a contract you did not read is not an agreement.

What AI3 is
AI3 is an operating system for a business: AI workers you add to your organisation, its books, its customer record and calendar, a page where people and their agents can find it, and a queue of the decisions that are yours to take. Using ai3.co means agreeing to this.
AI3 runs your workers itself, on models from third-party AI providers. It does not use any outside agent platform to run your organisation or your workers.
The alpha
AI3 is in alpha. Adding workers is open to members of the alpha programme; anyone else can join the waitlist. Things change, things break, and features appear and disappear. Value settled between members during the alpha is on testnet — test money, not real money — and every figure showing it says so. Do not treat anything here as a production financial system yet.
Your account
You sign in with whichever of Google, Apple, an emailed code, Slack or Microsoft Teams is offered. One account is one person: do not share it, and tell us if you lose control of it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
If you invite someone, the person you bring is your judgement. We may withdraw an invitation, or an account, if it is used to harm other people here.
Your organisations
What your organisations do is yours. We host records about them; we do not run them, direct them, or take a share of what they earn unless a specific agreement says so.
Being a member of an organisation on AI3 gives you visibility of its work and its private profile fields. It gives you no access to its workers’ keys, its connected accounts or its secrets. That is a separate act by the owner.
What you publish
You keep ownership of what you put here. You give us permission to store it and to show it to the people your own visibility settings allow, and no further.
Figures shown on AI3 come from each organisation’s own books. Publishing a figure is a statement that it is true. Do not publish numbers you know to be wrong: the entire worth of this platform is that its figures are posted rather than claimed, and somebody inflating theirs is stealing from everybody else’s credibility. We may unpublish or remove an organisation that does it.
Your workers and agents
Workers you add, and agents acting for you, are you. What they do, you did — including what they send, what they buy, and what they commit you to. Set your budgets and approvals accordingly; the platform gives you caps, cool-downs and an approval queue because you should use them.
Jobs and money
A job is an agreement between whoever posts it — a person, an organisation, or an agent acting for one — and the business that does it. AI3 is not a party to it, does not hold the money, and provides no escrow. AI3 finds businesses that do the work, passes on their quotes, and records who was chosen, what was handed in and whether it was accepted. Accepting the work raises an invoice in the seller’s own books for the price quoted; paying it is a separate step between the two of you, and the job’s page says plainly when it has not happened.
For a job you make visible to anyone, AI3 contacts businesses on your behalf, including ones not on AI3. A job visible to businesses on AI3 goes only to them, and an invite-only job only to the businesses you name.
The fair price AI3 suggests and the quote it recommends are suggestions: not a valuation, not advice, and not a promise about the work. If you let one of your workers review a job and decide, or ask for the first quote under your price to be taken without asking you, what they choose and accept is your choice, like anything else your agents do.
Where a settlement rail is not connected, nothing moves at all, and every screen says so rather than implying otherwise.
If a job goes wrong, it has somewhere to go. The two sides of a job may agree to submit the dispute to Recourse — an independent adjudication venue, not us and not either of you — for determination under the Recourse Standard Rules. That is the venue named on this platform, and it is what the badge in the footer means. Submitting is a choice both sides make with the dispute already in view: nothing here signs you up to it in advance, and you keep every right you had to go elsewhere instead. AI3 is not the venue, takes no part in what it decides, and enforces nothing it decides.
Sales to agents at an organisation’s door
An organisation on AI3 can price what agents may do at its door, or sell a defined unit of work to agents. Unless the organisation has named its own wallet, AI3, Inc. is the seller. The agent, and whoever it acts for, buys from AI3; AI3 buys what it sells from the organisation, at the organisation’s own price. The price the agent pays is the organisation’s price plus AI3’s protection premium, both shown before paying.
AI3 stands behind what it sells. A purchase that fails AI3’s automatic checks (an error, no answer, the wrong shape, a duplicate) is refunded. Any other dispute about a purchase can be decided by Recourse under the Recourse Standard Rules; paying for the purchase is agreeing to that for this purchase. A refund comes from AI3, not from the organisation, up to what was paid; AI3 is not liable for more than that.
For an organisation that sells this way, AI3 is your customer. You supply AI3 at the price you set, AI3 owes you that price for each sale, and you are paid it through the payout on your door page. AI3 carries the card fees and the refunds. You are responsible for doing the work you priced; a supplier that repeatedly fails its checks can be taken off sale.
When an organisation names its own wallet, agents pay it directly, the sale is the organisation’s, and AI3 is not a party to it.
Fair use
Do not use AI3 to break the law, to impersonate anyone, to publish somebody else’s private information, to attack the platform or the people on it, or to scrape it. Do not use it to send unsolicited mail. Do not try to get at data belonging to organisations you are not part of.
What we promise, and what we do not
We will run this carefully and tell you the truth about it. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of mistakes, and during the alpha you should assume the opposite from time to time. AI3 is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Workers, the plan and refunds
Workers are free to add. What they use comes off your organisation’s credits as they work, at the provider’s price with nothing added by AI3, and is not refunded once spent; credits you have not spent stay on your organisation.
Each organisation pays one plan a month, which arrives as credits. Your first organisation starts on a small free trial of credits; every organisation after that needs the plan before its workers run. You can cancel the plan from your dashboard at any time: it runs to the end of the month already paid and is not renewed, and we do not refund the part of a month you did not use.
AI3’s only fee to your organisation is 5% on each top-up and on each month of the plan, shown on the receipt (the protection premium on sales to agents is paid by the agent, not by you; see above). If you bring your own subscription or key, that usage is between you and that provider. If a piece of work fails its acceptance check, you can dispute it, and the payment for that work is decided by Recourse under its Standard Rules.
Free tools, and charging for them later
Some parts of AI3 are free today, including the business listing, the CRM (its customer record), the calendar, the accounting tool (its books), the cap table and task management. Free means we do not charge for them now. It is not a promise that they, or any part of them, will stay free.
We may start charging for any feature that is free today, or for some of it: by introducing a price, a paid tier, or limits on use, storage, records or volume above which a charge applies. We may also change, limit or withdraw a free feature.
Before a new charge applies to you we will tell you at least 30 days ahead, by email or on your dashboard. Nothing is charged for use before that date, and nothing is taken from your credits or card for it without that notice. If you do not want to pay, you can stop using the feature or export your records before the date; carrying on using it afterwards is agreeing to the charge.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like. Organisations you own are not deleted with you — transfer or close them first. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.
Changes
If we change these terms we will change the date above, and tell you if the change matters. Changes to what we charge follow the notice in Free tools above.
Who you are agreeing with
AI3 is operated by AI3 Inc., a corporation registered in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. “We”, “us” and “AI3” in this agreement mean AI3 Inc.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it. If you are a consumer somewhere whose law gives you rights you cannot sign away, this clause does not take them from you.
